Settings of installed Photoshop should be preserved.

Included in CS4 optional plug-ins and presets(thanks to Anne-Marie).
Same program versions than previous but some changes:
- CS3 and CS4 in same folder
- no more keys left in registry
- CS3 can now open bmp on a clean Windows XP
